The journey began in 2019 when three good friends in the banking sector got together to build an
organization which would make loans more accessible to the common People and business owners.
The vision was clear – To create a workplace to bridge the gap between traditional bank loans and
someone in need of one.
Since then, we have come quite a long way and have grown beyond the usual expectations. Our road
has in no way been an easy one. We never compromised on our core values and steadily overcame
the many obstacles. Today we are present in many cities across India. Our main priority is offering
loan solutions perfectly suitable to each unique customer. The secret to our success lies in the focus
on transparency and absolute accountability to our customer.

Sumit Pal, Founder (Chairman)
Our Marketing wizard is a Biotechnologist and an MBA in Financial Marketing who was into Portfolio
Management and in Strategic Development in Various reputed banks before he was bitten by the
entrepreneurship bug. He has 12 years of experience in Banking and Finance. He is driven by solving
problems and developing long-term relationships with customers and his authenticity is evident in
every interaction he has at One Plus and beyond. He is based in Kolkata where he dabbles and smash in Football & Tennis with family.
Swagata Roy, Founder (CEO)
Our Technical wizard is armed with PGDBM in Financial Planning & Digital Technology (Data
Science). He has over 15 years of experience in the Banking & Finance. He has been associated with ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank. His last endeavour was with RUBIQUE Finance as Country Head in SME Loans, Kolkata. He actively mentors the One Plus team and enjoys off-roading adventures with friends and family. He is based in Kolkata where you can catch him on the Cricket Ground.
Tanmoy Sahu, Founder (COO)
Our Accounts wizard Ex Xavierians holds a PGDBM in Financial Planning and brings 15 years of
experience in Banking & Capital Markets. He started his career with ICICI SECURITIES in its Capital Market division. He was with ICICI in Unsecured Loan Business just before the inception of One Plus Solutions. A natural with numbers, he is energised by accounting challenges. He loves exploring new places with his family. He is based in Kolkata.
